Getting your files
Check the inbox of the email address you used at checkout. You will find a message with a link to download your files.
If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still not there, message me on WhatsApp and I will send your files to you directly.
Opening your files
Your download arrives as a single zip file. Unzip it first:
- On iPhone: tap the zip in the Files app and it opens into a folder.
- On Android: open it with your file manager, or the free Files by Google app, then tap Extract.
Inside you will find four files:
- The book, as a PDF. Opens on any phone or computer. Just tap.
- The book, as an EPUB. Best for reading on a phone. On iPhone, tap it and choose Open in Books. On Android, install the free Google Play Books app, then open the file with it.
- Before You Pay. Your printable checklist pack.
- Brief Your Lawyer. Your instruction kit.
How to use it
Read the book first. It explains how the frauds work and the exact checks to run, in order. Then keep Before You Pay on your phone and take it to every inspection.
The one rule: do not pay for any property until every check that applies has been done. Verify before you pay, and you keep your money.
